Can You Make Them Go Away?
Though there are many types and causes of headache, and no matter what the cause of your headache is, it is likely that you would like it to go away... FAST! This need has demanded a push for development of a huge market of various medications to cover up the severe symptoms of headache. Dr. Casey Ferguson DC your Eugene Chiropractor is specially skilled at providing fast and effective headache relief with many treatment options to address the cause rather than cover the symptom. While medications are convenient, they have the potential for causing adverse events such as kidney or liver damage, while not correcting the underlying cause of the headache.
What causes headaches?
There are many causes of headaches with the most common being physical trauma (whiplash and/or car accidents), nutritional deficiencies, emotional stress, or chemical toxins. Sometimes there may be a combination of these factors as well as others like postural strain, which your Eugene chiropractor will be able to identify and treat following his expert examination.
How long will it take to feel relief?
Most patients enjoy relief immediately, while others notice a slow decline in their discomfort over several weeks of chiropractic care. It is impossible to predict, though as an expert headache chiropractor in Eugene, you can feel assured you are getting state of the art treatment for your headache. If you have had chronic headache for many years improvement will likely take longer than someone with a more recent headache condition.
